When water floods into your home

Emergencies like a pipe breaking are a water loss you have a certain amount of control over, you can shut off the water main valve.  Mother Nature sometimes throws us conditions that we have absolutely no control over at all... flooding can be a part of that disaster.  When this happens there is not a lot you can do until the water stops flooding into the home or building.  Removing objects to a higher and dryer place is and obvious course of action, but it is not always physically possible.

When SERVPRO Technicians can in to do the mitigation and drying we make the wood and fragile items a priority to get up out of the water and prevent any further damage.
