Removal of affected materials

When carpet is saturated and the padding and sub-floor are affected, our technicians need to make sure the drying process is able to be completed in a timely manner.  This can mean removal of the carpet, padding, sometimes drywall and any other building materials.  The proper drying equipment will be strategically placed and the entire area will be monitored for days to ensure there is not any residual moisture left behind to create future issues.  Our technicians are specially trained to work on carpet and upholstery and are sensitive to the needs of expertise required for various fiber content.
